The Supreme Court has decided to hear a new appeal from Guantanamo Bay prisoners who say federal judges should have the ability to order the release of a detainee not considered to be a dangerous 'enemy combatant.' Angie covers the issue with Stacey Sullivan of Human Rights Watch. Also, Manuel Maqueda, co-founder of the Plastic Pollution Coalition and one of the team members on the recent 'Midway Journey' to the Great Pacific Garbage Patch, led by photographer and TEDster Chris Jordan.
